Headquartered in Belgium, Melexis employes over 2,000 people worldwide and is publicly traded on Euronext Brussels (MELE). 

Melexis had to overcome hiring complexities in countries without entities and with partnering with SD Worx and G-P they successfully hired in The Netherlands in days rather than months without entity setup delays, and also enabled immediate onboarding for a Belgium-based hire while permits were being processed.

As a multinational organisation, with a presence in over 15 countries, Melexis faces a challenge when they wanted to hire a skilled employee in The Netherlands, where they didn't have a local office. 

With an entity there, they couldn't employ the individual on their payroll with ensuring compliance with local tax, social security and employment laws.

Melexis turned to their global payroll partner, SD Worx, who recommended G-P as a trusted Employer of Record (EOR). G-P enabled Melexis to move forward with the team's hiring needs in The Netherlands without the time-consuming and costly process of establishing a local entity. 

This meant that Melexis could onboard the new employee quickly and efficiently while avoiding the complexities of setting up a formal business presence in the country. 

With G-P managing payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance, Melexis was free to focus on integrating the new hire into their team and driving forward crucial business objectives in the region. 

Melexis also turned to G-P when hiring a team member from Turkey who would be working in Belgium while their work and residence permits were being processed. 

This allowed the individual to start immediately, and once the permits were approved, they were seamlessly transitioned to Melexis' payroll in Belgium. G-P's flexibility make managing this process effortless, freeing Melexis from navigating complex regulations.
